Dear Mr. Zachrison,
My new Sundowner arrived and even though I purchased it sight unseen, I am very pleased not only with the trailer but the service I received throughout the negotiation process. From the initial conversation I had with Todd and all subsequent phone calls, I was very pleasantly surprised during each aspect of finalizing the arrangements. This is my third LQ trailer and my dealings with Todd made it by far the most stress free. He apparently has found the happy medium between offering adequate information through follow-up phone calls without pressuring for a decision. I honestly don't think I've ever dealt with a salesperson who answered 100% of my questions (if he didn't know the answer he made sure he found the source that did) and continuously kept me updated, which I very much appreciated. I'm planning to enjoy using this trailer for quite a while but, if not, rest assured I'll be calling Uncle Bob's Trailers when I'm ready to trade; hopefully Todd will still be there!
